Aware Real Estate, through their WeAreLiving brand, is reshaping the rental market with build-to-rent communities designed for comfort, connection and convenience. Their latest development on Queens Road, set opposite Melbourne’s iconic Albert Park, called for a set of lifestyle images that could help future residents imagine themselves in the neighbourhood.

Our brief was to showcase the area's appeal: the calm of the lake, the nearby coastline, and the vibrant streets of Prahran and South Melbourne. The visuals needed to feel warm, local and unmistakably Melbourne.

We delivered it all in a one-day shoot, capturing candid lifestyle moments across the area with a diverse cast, while also flying drone to not only show off the beauty of the location, but to help future residents with wayfinding. All production elements were all handled in-house by the Second Brekky team, making for a fast, efficient shoot that delivered high-impact results.
